Army psychiatrist David McNamara is called to the Statens Island Forensic Hospital in New York. His summons deals with a case that requires his experience in forensic psychiatry. With the task of exploring the minds of five young men who were found scared, screaming and out of memory, he makes alarming discoveries as he begins to cautiously explore the psyche of his patients.
