Dive into a survival horror experience with the latest expansion for Alan Wake 2, set in a new location on the shores of Cauldron Lake. In the Lake House, a Federal Bureau of Control research station, reckless experiments have made reality collide with the Dark Place, causing a catastrophic event.

The expansion unfolds parallel to the main game, putting you in the shoes of FBC agent Kiran Estevez, portrayed by Janina Gavankar.

As Agent Estevez, you will explore the twisted corridors of the Lake House, a facility researching forces far beyond comprehension, and uncover the sinister secrets within.

Night Springs Expansion:

• Night Springs lets you play as some beloved characters from the Remedy Universe in three highly stylized episodes. While they resemble familiar characters, they are different — they are Night Springs' versions.

The Episodes:

• Time Break: An Actor, who bears an extraordinary resemblance to Sheriff Tim Breaker from Bright Falls, is a multiverse hero in the game "Time Break." His character must find the Master of Many Worlds and stop him from assassinating the various versions of the multiverse hero in parallel universes.

• North Star: The Sister, an unknown woman who incredibly resembles FBC Director Jesse Faden, attempts to find her missing brother, who is being held captive in Coffee World.

• Number One Fan: The Waitress, who looks incredibly like Rose Marigold from Oh Deer Diner, must save the Writer, her idol, from the peril he is in. To do so, she must confront the Writer's critics and the Bad Boy, his evil twin.

The Game:

A series of ritualistic murders threatens Bright Falls, a small-town community surrounded by the wilderness of the Pacific Northwest. Saga Anderson, a talented FBI agent known for solving impossible cases, arrives to investigate the murders. Anderson's case turns into a nightmare when she discovers pages of a horror story that begins to come true around her.

Alan Wake, a lost writer trapped in a nightmare beyond our world, writes a dark story in an attempt to shape the reality around him and escape his prison. Haunted by a dark horror, Wake tries to maintain his sanity and defeat the devil at his own game.

Fueled by the horror story, the supernatural darkness invades Bright Falls, corrupting the residents and threatening the loved ones of Anderson and Wake. Light is their weapon — and refuge — against the encroaching darkness. Caught in a sinister horror story where there are only victims and monsters, can they become the heroes they need to be?
