THE FREEZING NEVER ENDS:

• The game takes place 30 years after the apocalyptic ice storm of the first Frostpunk. The Earth is still ravaged by perpetual ice and a hostile polar climate. You are the leader of a metropolis hungry for resources, and its expansion and internal conflicts are an inevitable reality. It is up to you to make decisions about the future of the City and face the consequences.

• In Frostpunk 2, you can build your City on a new scale, creating entire districts with different functions. Make sure that all parts of the City work well together and research technologies that will drive citizen's progress.

THE CITY MUST NOT FALL:

• “Frostpunk 2 is still a game about the City and its society”, says Jakub Stokalski, co-director of the game and design director at 11 bit studios.

• “But internal conflicts, caused by ever-increasing social differences, pose new challenges for players. We used a post-apocalyptic environment to tell a meaningful story about human ambition. In the end, what can end us is not nature itself, but human nature.”

NAVIGATE BETWEEN FACTIONS AS AN ADMINISTRATOR:

• As the City grows, it becomes more complex to create and approve new laws. People slowly divide into factions with different visions of the future, often contradictory.

• The Council is where these ideas confront each other, sometimes in a violent manner. It is your duty as an Administrator to ensure that the city does not crumble due to conflicts. Manage emerging crises and at the same time lead humanity to a new destiny.
