Cataclysm is a mix of real-time strategy and tower defense developed by the creators of Moonlighter. • BUILD PIECE BY PIECE - Architect by day, commander by night: you'll need to gather resources and use LEGO®-inspired mechanics to build your stronghold and think about tactical structures, traps, troop positioning, and weather. As night falls, the hordes will arrive and try to destroy everything. With a realistic physics system, falling blocks crush both enemies and allies!
• OPTIMIZE YOUR CITADEL - The work never stops. Your citadel will become more efficient as you erect essential buildings and achieve new levels of prosperity. With each upgrade, new constructions, stronger soldiers, and destructive siege equipment will be unlocked, as well as fire arrows to reduce the horrors to ashes. The greater the prosperity, the easier it will be to resist the siege.
• DEFEND AGAINST THE NIGHT - Use your skill to command a variety of soldiers, placing them in tactical positions appropriate to their roles. Even the height is important; every meter counts! Build traps to frustrate the enemies, mobilize skilled archers, explosive cannoneers, or bulky launchers - each unit has its unique abilities that are activated automatically during a siege.
• HOME AND HOPE - The Cataclysm devastated the world, but... what if we could rebuild it? Over a 30-hour campaign, with voice acting and animations, you will gradually learn and master all the game mechanics as you join Lady Iris in a story about home and hope.
• PLAY AS YOU WISH - In addition to the single-player campaign, Cataclysm has various game modes. Face endless hordes of increasingly challenging horrors in the Survival Mode, build without limits and without fear of monsters destroying your creations in the Creative Mode, and overcome a selection of ingeniously designed and handcrafted maps in the Combat Mode.
