It's the 90s, and a nuclear war has devastated the city of New York, leaving its citizens to fight for survival as uprisings and crimes take over the streets. The city has been taken over by criminal gangs that terrorize its ruins while fighting for total control. Tired of enduring these conditions, Billy and Jimmy Lee decide to drive the gangs out of the city with their own hands.
