Beaver Societies

• Control one of two beaver factions: the nature-loving Tailstrikers or the industrious Iron Teeth. Each faction has unique style, constructions, and gameplay traits. Choose the one that best suits your playstyle!

Dry and Rainy Seasons

• Prepare your settlement for recurring droughts. Stockpile food and keep fields and forests alive when the rivers dry up. Use natural water sources and artificial irrigation to maintain fertile land.

River Control

• The beavers of the future have millennia of experience in water engineering. Build dams and gates, dig channels with explosives, and redirect rivers to bring life back to the desert. Just be careful with the dynamite.

Woodpunk

• Turn wood into sophisticated machinery, from sawmills and water wheels to engines and mechanical pumps. Wood is the primary resource in Timberborn, although advanced structures require metal. To find this material, you'll need to send your scavengers to the ruins of the old world.

Robots

• Strengthen your colony with mechanized beavers! Simply activate them and take care of their maintenance to have highly efficient workers who can handle almost any task. They will move mountains for you (literally) thanks to their unique ability to manipulate the soil.

Vertical Architecture

• Create a thriving beaver settlement using a vertical architecture system. Space is limited, so stack lodgings and workshops on top of each other, build bridges and platforms, and set up a power network for your growing population.

Day and Night Cycle

• Build a multi-district city with efficient production chains and nighttime activities. Follow the lives of each individually simulated inhabitant in their daily routines and celebrate the birth of the next generation!

Quality of Life

• The evolved beaver lifestyle isn't just "work, sleep, and nibble wood." Satisfy your rodents' needs with a balanced diet, decorations, monuments, and more, while keeping the colony alive.
